The third Asia Bridge Summit (Bridge Asia 2012) was held in Hong Kong a few days ago. As an important industrial communication and exchange platform in Asia, the Summit is actively attended by governmental institutions, academic societies, international renowned design consulting institutes, international renowned contractors, international suppliers of materials and formworks, etc. Penang No. 2 Bridge Project of Malaysia undertaken by CHEC received special attention on the summit.
At invitation of the sponsor, Fang Zhenru as Deputy Executive General Manager of the Project attended the summit and made a speech titled “Risk Management of Large International DB and EPC Bridge Projects”. He introduced the history, project achievements, management system, core value, development direction and so on of CHEC. According to specific practices of the Project, he introduced risk management experience of performing large DB/EPC bridge projects from the perspectives of technology, business, construction, HSE, etc.
